Part of our Senior Sec assignment was to have a list of repertoire - 5 works that we were to cover for the whole year based on the Mandatory Topic: Music of the last 25 years.
I met James Humberstone this morning to grab an idea about his compositions and he provided me with Noise Husbandry and told me ways about how I could approach such a recent work later in a classroom, and not just for assessment purpose.
I thought that's it, this is going to be so cool. Noise Husbandry was just about the right piece for me to focus my whole unit on. Wait for my upcoming blogs to see what I did further with my Unit of Work.
