CME Assignment 1 - Reflection #1

Today, I was working on my composition, for a draft to present to James tomorrow morning. So pumped for that!!!

As mentioned in previous reflections, I used Michael Jackon's "Bad" as a model to create my own baby steps. Now I'm in the process of undertaking those steps in my composition where the intro would consist of a bass and drum riff (2 bars) that is played 4 times. Still thinking of a title - it's written as "Song" here for now. This is what I came up with so far.

Verse 1 builds up with additional layers over the original bass and drum riff, and are also played 4 times.

Greatly looking forward to gaining feedback from James tomorrow... Let's see how that goes. Updates to be posted soon.
