Maker movement

Maker movement is this idea that technology has allowed us to invent and prototype our inventions super quickly because the price of this stuff has actually come down. 5 years ago 3D printers, for an example were very expensive BUT now is like $1000.

Mark Hatsch - inventor and talks about the natural human desire to make things.

• Design and use is super important and thinking about how we interface with the world.

• "You cannot make and not share.."

• "Be playful with what you are making... participate, support and change."
