An interesting set up by James Humberstone today! I am inspired by all the valuable, technological resources our wonderful institution provides - cameras valued at $10, 000 each, stands, SD cards, microphones, lighting (wow that's way a lot of money invested). Wonder what they will be used for (Hint: Assessment Task 2 - Digital Creative Project).
Multicultural world? More than one language?
Learnt the importance of team work when recording and understanding the recording language:
Are we rolling? 'Rolling' means to record. Everyone responds 'rolling' when they're ready to record.
Only stop recording when the person in charge says 'cut.'
Video Editor
A lot of video editing programs are available and again provided by our wonderful institution. They include:

Premiere - available in the Tech room
Screen Flow
press T to cut part of the audio video
Linear
Time going from left to right and imagine your face looking down from above like a bird's eye view.
Choose which angle we see by taking one video in and out.
You can also trim bits of video and deleting them out - this way the other camera actually plays it.
Opacity
The transition between a video to the other without it cutting right through - choose the opacity percentage.
Final Cut
It's always a good idea to shut your other programs as you're using a video editing program.
